2 SOCIAL GROUP

I decided to compare the main character in our  opening 'Faded' to Charlie Hunnam in 'The Ledge'.
Both of them are suicidal films. These two main characters are both wearing dark clothing which shows that they are both depressed, upset and perhaps edgy.It helps the audiences identify the emotions of the characters easily.
The setting of both of the films are similar. They were both filmed during the day but quite cloudy, to help convey the emotion. Also, both of the characters are standing on the ledge of a building, deciding whether to jump or not.

However, George, in 'Faded' is significantly younger than Charlie Hunnam in 'The Ledge'. George represents a younger social group than Charlie.

The social group represented by 'Faded' is aged around 16-35+mainly teenagers and yound adults, both gender but mainly male.
People around that age would watch TV and films like Bulletboy, Kidulthood, CSI, Sherlock Holmes and Shutter Island that includes elements like prisoners, heros, dangers, etc. So audiences are likely to be engaged and interested in out film 'Faded'
